The Conference on Earth Science and Sustainable Development (CESD 2026) is part of the 15th Scientific Conference of the University of Science, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNUHCM-US Conference 2026).
The conference aims to bring together scientists, academics, researchers, and students from both domestic and international institutions to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and present recent research findings in the fields of Earth Science and Sustainable Development.
The conference covers, but is not limited to, the following areas: earth sciences and geology; geophysics; oceanography and hydrology; geography; natural resources and environment; environmental science and management; climate change and sustainable development; mining technology and mineral resources; land management, and related fields.
CESD 2026 provides an interdisciplinary platform to present and discuss emerging research trends, practical challenges, and potential solutions in Earth Science and Sustainable Development. It also offers an opportunity for researchers, especially early-career researchers, to present their work, engage in academic review processes, and expand research collaborations.
In the context of increasing global challenges such as climate change, environmental degradation, and the transition toward sustainable development, the conference seeks to promote interdisciplinary research with practical relevance and policy implications.
